Dear Requestor,
The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated December
21, 2022.
Your request sought the following:
"I am requesting any and all (1) recordings of calls made to 911 and to
non-emergency services, (2) copies of any and all police reports filed,
and (3) any and all body worn camera (“BWC”) audiovisual recordings made
by the Seaside Park Police Department on and after 01-January-2022 until
and including 20-December-2022 for calls to 73 Porter Avenue, Seaside
Park, New Jersey 08752, United States."
Please be advised "911 call.wav" was provided by the Ocean County
Sheriff's Office responsive to your request for "recordings of calls made
to 911 and to non-emergency services." Redaction to a private phone number
was made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1; private identifying information.
Please be further advised that recordings for earlier calls have expired.
"DOC011" are the responsive documents on file for "copies of any and all
police reports filed" as provided by the Police Department.
Please be advised that the body worn camera videos attached were
responsive to your request, as provided by the Police Department. The
