Records requested:
I am requesting all reported correspondence between Evesham Township PD and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office that resulted in a search warrant of my home at 6:45am on October 6, 2023. Please include details about the warrant classification being a "no-knock" warrant to search my home with 6 armed officers. Please confirm that an additional warrant was lawfully executed to seize my work cell phone with no intention of returning it to me, which contradicts what I was told by the Evesham Township arresting officer, Det. Mahan.
I would like to also receive all correspondence related to the timeline in which my case will be heard. The arrest date was 10/06/2023 and I have still not had an initial day in court as of 01/21/2024.

I am requesting all recorded and documented correspondence between Evesham Township PD and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office between August 29, 2023 – to present that include "Kelli Bowen" details and reasoning for my arrest, civilians who were involved with facilitating my arrest, information about a second warrant that was issued for the seizure of my work cell phone.

Whatever report titles that the aforementioned fall under, are what I am requesting from your office.

Please understand that I am reaching out to your office for this information as I have been patiently waiting for over five months for the opportunity to be heard in Burlington County.
