Dear Woodbridge Township,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all complaints made to the Department of Health regarding "SeaQuest" at the Woodbridge Mall, as well as any related investigation reports or disposition records, including violations or other findings/determinations. I believe they opened SeaQuest in fall of 2019. Thanks for your help.
