1. All emails to and from Scott Nase from September 1, 2020 through February 3, 2024 including: TO, FROM, SUBJECT, TIME, DATE, ATTACHMENTS, and ALL COPIED INDIVIDUALS as they relate to RICHARD HONE and SERENITY TADROS, aka SERENITY HONE-TADROS, which is her legal name.

The Point Pleasant Beach Police Department is in receipt of your request
for records under OPRA.
You requested emails that contain information regarding security and
safety measures of a Juvenile in school.   Your request is denied as it
seeks records that are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1

 1. Privacy Interest - a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access information that would
violate a citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.  
 2. Security Measures - which, if disclosed, would create a risk to the
safety or persons, property, electronic data or software.
 3. N.J.S.A 2A:4A-60a - Social, medical, psychological and other records
of the court and probation division, records of law enforcement
agencies, pertaining to juveniles charged as delinquent or found to be
part of a juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from
public inspection.
