School plans / Architect Invoices
Dear Wallington Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested in PDF format:
1) Digital or PDF Concept plans for Jefferson School Addition / Renovation
2) Digital or PDF Concept plans for new school (s) elementary or high school
3) Invoices for The Architects Alliance (Architect) from 2000 (earliest available) until present (3/5/2020).

Please be advised that we are requesting additional time to find as many
invoices for the architect as possible. Our records are only kept for
seven years.
Also your request for digital or pDF files for the concept plans are not
filed that way here and we are unable to produce them in that format.
I have reached out to the architect for copies in that format but there
will be a cost factor involved in purchasing these items.

In light of the current situation, your request is extended on time. The seven years in PDF invoices is fine. If you have other financial system records of the architect services for the school work that go back further is fine.
If there are not any digital plans or they have to be produced, please provide the cost before any work is done as I might not want them. Please post what you may have as far as plans in digital format.

Attached are the invoice files for the past seven years.
The price quote received for the proposed elementary school and proposed
expansion is $150.00.
Please advise if you still want them and send the payment to the
