A message was sent to you regarding record request #26-627:

The Township received your OPRA request and common law right
of access request seeking “Any reports or CAD incidents
involving or mentioning the Manchester Township School
District employee Ryan Maloney.”  Your request is presently
deemed overbroad. First, provide a date range for the
Township to identify responsive records.  Second, provide
greater detail as to what specific reports or CAD incidents
you are referencing as this individual may have significant
contacts with law enforcement based upon his position in the
school.  The Township’s response will be tolled until it
receives clarification as to the records you are seeking.
