c.) Name of all New Administrators and those internally promoted to an administrative position from each respective school year from 2015-present
d.)Number and name of each newly created position for each respective school year from 2015-present
e.)Number of personnel hired each respective school year (regardless of position or title) for each respective school year from 2015-present
f.) Number of personnel that have left the school district regardless of reason (resignation, termination, death) each respective school year from 2015-present

2.) From September 1st, 2015 - present
a.) All District litigations: Number of lawsuits filed against and filed for the district against defendants, EEOC complaints, Unfair labor practice complaints, FMLA complaints and litigation costs and payouts.
b.)Wrongful termination complaints- Litigation costs and payouts awarded
c.) All amounts paid out by the Pineland's District Insurance Carrier(s). All applicable deductibles paid by the school and which coverage each claim was paid out from. Open claim dates and closed claims dates.
d.) List of all open and pending insurance claims filed against the school. Listing Claim description, date opened and any payments thus far paid out.

Good Afternoon,

As you are aware, I am the Business Administrator for the Pinelands
Regional Board of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises
the schools of the Pinelands Regional School District. As such, I am in
receipt of your February 16, 2022 OPRA request, which sought the
following:

 

1.) From September 1st, 2015 to present:
      a.) Position Control Roster for each respective school year from
2015-present

Please allow this letter to serve as notice that I will require an
extension of time until April 22, 2022 to respond to your request. This
extension is necessary not only due to the voluminous nature of this
request, but also due to the voluminous nature of the identical request
you have filed with the Little Egg Harbor Board of Education for whom I
also serve as Business Administrator. You also previously filed a similar
request with Pinelands. OPRA allows for the Records Custodian to advise of
the need for an extension pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.i. Specifically,
OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when
the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by
that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
