Per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f), a written request submitted via email or electronic transmission containing all statutory requirements satisfies the requirements of a valid request.

Fiscal Impact Analyses & Reports: Any internal or external fiscal impact studies, financial projections, reports, balance reviews, or summaries concerning real or anticipated tax revenue loss, state aid impacts, or municipal tax-share deficits to the East Brunswick Board of Education resulting from Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreements or tax exemptions approved or engaged in by East Brunswick Township.

Correspondence: Any written communications—including emails, memoranda, written notes, or formal letters—between Board of Education officials/administrators (including the Superintendent, Business Administrator, and Board Members) and East Brunswick Township officials or developers regarding PILOT revenue allocation, municipal revenue sharing, or fiscal impacts on the school district.
