School Board Meeting Records
Dear Medford Township School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Exhibit numbers are taken directly from the March 2, 2026 BoardDocs meeting agenda. As of the date of this request, these records are not publicly available on the district's policy portal or BoardDocs.

5. Regulation 2530 — Resource Materials, revised March 2, 2026 (Exhibit 2026-177)

I followed the instructions provided and checked BoardDocs for the February 24, 2025 meeting minutes, but I was not able to locate them there.
I also noted in the March 17, 2025 meeting minutes that the February 24, 2025 minutes were approved (Action Item 6.01), which suggests they should now be available as final records.
Would you be able to provide a copy of the approved February 24, 2025 meeting minutes directly, or confirm where they can be accessed?
