Ed Slowinski, Brick Township FD1

Thank you for your OPRA request dated March 26, 2026. The District has
received your request for all self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)
purchase, testing, repair, hydrostatic testing, and routine maintenance
invoices from 2020 to the present.

At this time, the District requires additional time to locate, review, and
compile all potentially responsive records. Given the scope of the
request, the records may need to be gathered from multiple sources and
reviewed for responsiveness and any applicable redactions.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i), the District is requesting an extension
of time to respond. The District anticipates providing the responsive
records no later than April 30, 2026.

Please note that this extension request is being made in good faith and
within the statutory response period.

Given the voluminous nature of the request, we would appreciate a direct
contact name, email address, and telephone number to facilitate efficient
communication regarding the request, including any clarification that may
be needed and any potential fees associated with production.
