I received your OPRA request via email dated December 16, 2022 on December
19, 2022, as such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond is
December 29, 2022. I am responding to your request on the 1st business
day after receipt.
Your request sought access to the following record(s):
1 list of all vacant and abandoned properties

The OPRA request is an invalid request as it is overly broad.
I will consider this OPRA request closed.
OPRA requests that fail to seek specific identifiable governmental records
or are overly broad, are invalid under OPRA pursuant to MAG Entertainment,
LLC v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 435 (App.
