Name of applicant entity, county where entitity does business, date application submitted from the entity, date sent for review, amount of money requested, amount of money approved (if applicable), OZ status, and current status of the application.

For any grant listed as "in progress" and with a submission date greater than 150 days prior to September 27, 2022, I seek records explaining the unusual delay on each grant meeting these criteria.
