Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please send pdf copies of sample ballots for both the Republican and Democratic primaries on June 6th for all of the Legislative Districts that have voters in Monmouth County.
This should be ballots from LD10, LD11, LD12, LD13, and LD30.

I do not understand how you do not have sample ballots for these June Primary elections as you were supposed to commence sending ballots on April 22nd.

Mail-in ballots needed to be mailed starting on April 22nd. Sample ballots are different and are mailed out 1 week before the election.
