Dear Clerk Office,
This is literally impossible. I requested specific emails with attachments, replies and forwards connected to said emails. I did not list 13,000 emails in my request. In fact, There are less than 25 emails. Please stop playing games and putting the tax payers at risk by attempting to withhold public documents to protect corrupt city hall employees.
Please provide the records requested within the allotted time as per opra or I will seek legal action.

You are correct. The IT Department ran this search as a bulk search for those different lines and not by subject. We have fixed the discrepancy as I explained what you meant in your OPRA to the tech and I am currently waiting for the emails.
With that said I am obviously going to require an extension. Your new due date is May 27, 2021.
