Good Morning,
As the official Records Custodian I received your OPRA request on May 18,
2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your

Please be advised that no such list exist. The Township of Pennsville
does not have a “Cannabis Zone”
2. Current Cannabis Zone Map – Please be advised that no such
map exist. We do not have a Cannabis Zone. You can find our current
Zoning Map by following this link:
3. List of all Vacant Land – Please be advised that no such
list exist within the Township of Pennsville.
4. List of all Wetlands – Please be advised that no such list
exist within the Township of Pennsville.
**SPECIAL NOTE*** The Township does not have a Cannabis Zone in our
Zoning. However if you follow this link it will take you to Our Land
Development Ordinances. Any Cannabis Regulations are setforth in Section
5.7; Section 5.12 and Section 5.13 of Chapter 5.
