I am responding to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated June
2, 2022. 
You requested:
For the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025  school years:
1) Name of employee, title, base salary
2) Name of employee, title, stipend
3) Who is the Anti Bullying Coordinator and their Stipend?
4) Who is the Anti Bullying Specialist and their stipend?
5) Who is on the School Safety / School Climate Team? Does anyone receive
a stipend?
Your request is denied. OPRA does not contemplate “[w]holesale requests
for general information to be analyzed, collated and compiled by the
responding government entity.” MAG Entertainment, LLC v. Div. of Alcoholic
Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534, 546 (App. Div. 2005). In other
words, OPRA permits requests for government records, not requests for
information. 
Your request constitutes a request for information and is an invalid
request.

Good Morning - 
Attached, please find copies of the following:
- 23/24 10 month employee salaries (these are teachers and instructional
assistants)
- 23/24 12 month employee salaries (these are admin assistants, custodians
and admin)
- 23/24 list of stipends (this list is inclusive of ALL stipends in the
Agreement between the SLEA and the SLBOE that expires June 30, 2024)
- 24/25 10 month employee salaries
- 24/25 12 month employees have not yet been appointed
- 24/25 - 26/27 list of stipends (while the new collective bargaining
agreement has been ratified, the new documents have not yet been
published)
The above lists include all employees of the SLBOE with the exception of
yours truly.
As such, I have attached a copy of my current contract.
