Dear Jessica Larney,
Thank you for the contracts but we're looking for the ordinance that approved the ranges of the salaries. In other municipalities its a min to max amount/salary a title/positions can be.

Hello Adam,

We do not approve the contacts by ordinance. Our Township Council approves the Memorandums of Understating by Resolutions which are included in the MOU documents.
The contracts include the salary ranges for employees hired after 09/01/2012 and the step chart for those hired prior.
