Good Afternoon Mr. Barone,

Attached please find the response to your request for records filed with the Clerk's Office on August 5, 2021 requesting the Salary of the Mayor, Commissioners and Township Administrator and well as the duties of the aides.

With respect to your request for records of staff to the Mayor and Commissioners and Township Administrator, this request is not clear and the Township requires clarification as to who constitutes the staff of these various officials/employee.

And in response to your request for records "Security and drivers for the mayor and commissioners names and salaries if any." The Township does not employ or designate specific employees to serve as security and/or drivers for the Mayor and Commissioners. Members of the police department may, on an as-needed basis, drive the Mayor. The names and salaries of all police department employees were provided in response to your August 5, 2021 OPRA request seeking the names and salaries of all Township employees.

As with any OPRA request, you have the right to challenge the decision by the Township to deny access.
