Salary Increase, Job Titles, and Resumes
Dear Hackensack City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Salary increases and job title changes associated with such increase; for all non-contractual employees from 2010-the date of this request. A copy of all Open Competitive Announcements within the City of Hackensack as per NJ Civil Service Guidelines from 2000-the date of this request. A copy of resumes for non-competitive positions from 2000-2021.

Good morning,
The City of Hackensack Clerk’s Office is in receipt of your recent OPRA
request (reference #108) dated January 28, 2021 received via email by our
office on January 28, 2021 seeking certain documentation from the City of
Hackensack. The seventh business day from receipt of this request is
today.
The City is still working with limited manpower due to the COVID-19
pandemic. Due to the current priority of protecting the health and safety
of City residents, the City of Hackensack will require additional time to
respond, as authorized by P.L. 2020, c. 10. The City will look to
respond further by February 19, 2021 with at least an update as to where
this request stands, if we are unable to fully complete it by that date.

Hello,
The City had previously requested an extension for this request until
today February 19, 2021 and wanted to provide an update.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City is still working with limited
manpower Due to the current priority of protecting the health and safety
of City residents, the City of Hackensack will require additional time to
respond, as authorized by P.L. 2020, c. 10. The City will look to
respond further by Tuesday March 2, 2021 with at least an update as to
where this request stands, if we are unable to fully complete it by that
date.
