Rachelle Jones, Sussex County Prosecutor's Office

Hi

This office is in receipt of your OPRA request regarding salary/overtime of law enforcement of the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office.

This office does not have a specific record that is responsive to your request: name of law enforcement individual, base salary, overtime hours and rate of overtime pay. OPRA does not require this office to do research and create such a record.

However, you may want to make this OPRA request to the Clerk of the Freeholder Board, [email address], as she most likely would have the record you are requesting.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
