Salary and Overtime Information

Salary information for any and all law enforcement officers employed by your agency for January 1, 2020 up to and including todays date, which is December 8, 2020. To include base compensation for each employee with there names
All overtime for any and all law enforcement officers employed by your agency for January 1 2020 up to and including todays date which is December 8, 2020. This should include total number of hours per employees worked over their base compensation. Also requesting overtime rates for each employee with there names

This office is in receipt of your OPRA request regarding salary/overtime of law enforcement of the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office.
This office does not have a specific record that is responsive to your request: name of law enforcement individual, base salary, overtime hours and rate of overtime pay. OPRA does not require this office to do research and create such a record.
