1. A copy of the recorded mortage for a Small Cities Program - Housing Rehabilitation Program
from 2012 that was prepared by Triad Associates.
2. Rules and regulations pertaining to the approval process and how people are qualified to
receive such financial aid.
3. Explination as to why it was between Ryan Troiano and the City of North Wildwood for his
property in Wildwood?

Mr. Walsh,
I am in receipt of your April 2, 2020 e-mail requesting a review of the
below records request you, as stated, submitted to the County of Cape May
in accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and public
rights of access.
“ 1. A copy of the recorded mortage (sic) for a Small Cities Program -
Housing Rehabilitation Program from 2012 that was prepared by Triad
Associates.
2. Rules and regulations pertaining to the approval process and how people
are qualified to receive such financial aid.
3. Explination (sic) as to why it was between Ryan Troiano and the City of

Please be advised that I am in the process of determining whether the
County received this request. In the meantime, the County is not in
possession of responsive records. The Small Cities Program is run through
the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the County has no
involvement.
