RVE Contracts and Invoices

To the Records Custodian:
I reside in Washington Township Gloucester County. I submit herein this request for records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act and Common Law Right of Access. Reports on file with the Election Law Enforcement Commission show your entity has or had a business relationship with Remington and Vernick Engineers (RVE). Owing to the investigation of RVE by the FBI, I investigated political donations to Washington Township politicians and contracts given to RVE.
Based on the foregoing, I respectfully request, under the Open Public Records Act and/or Common Law Right of Access, the following records:
1. Contracts between your entity and RVE 2013-present
2. Invoices for services provided by RVE, including the name of the RVE employee(s) providing the services 2013-present.
3. A roster of elected officials who have served the entity 2013-present

- Contracts - 2013 and 2014 for Zoning Board Engineer/Planner and City Planner have already been disposed of per the State's Record Retention Schedule.
- Attached please find the Zoning Board Engineer/Planner and the City Planner for the years 2015-2020
- Attached please find the City Engineer Contracts for the years 2012-2020 (these are 3yr Contracts)
- Invoices - 2013 and 2014 Invoices have been disposed of per the State's Record Retention Schedule.
- Invoices from 2015-2020 will be in another email or format due to the size/amount of documents.

- The invoices from years 2013 and 2014 have been disposed of in accordance with the State Records Retention Schedule.
- The invoices from years 2015-2020 are too large to be sent through our server. We have put all the invoices on a DVD, if you could please supply us with your address, we will get that out in the mail to you.
