This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like to see all services provided and all payments to Ruth Welch and her LLC along with her contract with the LEH School District from 2020 through 2023. I am aware she was a contractor, not an employee.
