RT Environmental is performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the property located at 301 Riverside Drive, Millville, NJ. RT is seeking any remediation, enforcement, or permitting documents that you may have on file related to this parcel, including; Site inspection reports -Violations -Handling/storage/disposal of hazardous substances -Hazardous releases or spills -Underground or aboveground storage tanks -Activity and Use Limitations -Environmental liens -Any other information of potential environmental concern. RT is not aware of any specific documents that the County may have and greatly appreciates your assistance in this matter.
