3. The Human Resources exit report compiled by Ojetta Townes for Dr. Daniel Fishbein upon his tenure end in December 2020.
4. The Human Resources exit report compiled by Ojetta Townes for Dr. Tom Gorman upon his tenure end in June 2022.
5. The RPS budgetary breakdown of the financial surplus for 2021-2022.

This correspondence is being sent in response to the Open Public Records
Act (“OPRA”) request you submitted to Ridgewood Public Schools.  As the
official Records Custodian, I received this request on September 21, 2022.
As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
November 2, 2022. I will be sending a response to your request within this
deadline.  

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven business days required by law, you have a right
to challenge the Board’s decision to deny access. At your option, you may
either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file
a complaint with the GRC by completing the Denial of Access Complaint

For requests #3 and #4, there are no responsive records. For request #5, the 2021-2022 budget is currently being reviewed by our district auditors. Once the auditors have finished their evaluation and the audit has been presented and approved by our board of education, we will be able to release the requested budget data. You may file another OPRA request regarding the 2021-2022 financial surplus at this time.
