Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Records requested: False Police Report of a Juvenile witnessing a gun being pointed at him by Tina Russo Vega, Roy Vega, of Roy Vega Construction at GreenCELL Farms 149 Brindletown Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533 at 11:00am on February 8th 2025.

Dear Nadene Cicero - Deputy Municipal Clerk,

I asked for all police reports in 2025 at 149 Brindletown Road and know that there are at least two and only got one. This one was for February 8th you’ve sent the 9th. On February 8th the registered agent on file Tina Russo for Roy Vega Construction LLC located at this address should not be because it’s Farmland Preserve and there was a CAD call made in regards to a minor or juvenile involved in this construction business that we understand was a false report to police

So to be more clear can you please furnish the Plumsted Police report for February 8th and or 9th 2025 at 149 Brindletown Rd., New Egypt, NJ 08533 please?
