Good afternoon,
We are in receipt of your March 24, 2023 OPRA request. Pursuant to OPRA, a response from Rowan University is due within seven (7) business days, which is April 4, 2023. Please note that the information you requested, namely " furniture provided in all residence halls and Rowan affiliated housing from 2010 to present day" make this project voluminous. In order to respond, we will need to coordinate a vast amount of data. Therefore, we are requesting an extension until April 11, 2023, one week, for our response.
Unless we hear otherwise, we will assume there is no objection to our request.

It has been several weeks since this information was initially requested. We have accommodated multiple requests for extensions and still have yet to receive the requested documentation. Please send the requested documents as soon as possible.

Hello Mr. Johnson,
We are diligently working on getting everything to you as soon as we can. The department has put in many man hours (at no cost to you) trying to locate everything in your request while also handling their normal daily responsibilities. They are having a very difficult time finding some invoices for the older (10 years ago) purchases which is delaying the process. The lead person at the department advised that they fully expect to have everything to me by the end of this week. They are aware that time is of the essence and are trying to getting this done with all due haste.
We realize this has taken several weeks and greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Good afternoon,
Please accept this as Rowan's completed response to your March 24, 2023 OPRA request (below) wherein you sought the "furniture provided in all residence halls and Rowan affiliated housing from 2010 to present day". As you know, OPRA requires a response within seven business days. Due to voluminous nature of the request, we agreed to an extension to answer until today, April 28, 2023. Attached please find a zip file which includes all of the relevant receipts for your request.
Please note that Rowan does not maintain documents for any Affiliate Housing Partners, such as the Nexus Properties and Holly Pointe Commons, as they are separate entities. Therefore, any OPRA request seeking information and/or documentation relating to these properties must be addressed to them.
I believe this is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this request unless you advise otherwise.
