Further to Ms. Handerhan's email below may I please have any and all documents pertaining to installing 2 temporary trailers for the Wall Twp. Board of Education and the approvals shown in Wall Municipal files for the setup included water, electrical, and fire inspections.

Including but not limited to the permit applications for both locations and approvals from the Wall BOE and the DOE (Bernie Piaia will be copied) I would like all documents with this file starting with January 1, 2023, to install 2 temporary trailers from an (unknown vendor). I only want documents that are on "on file" in Wall Municipal as of 2:20 PM today and nothing received after that time. Please be sure all documents are dated and time-stamped.

One Trailer is located behind the bus compound on Old Mill Road, 1813 - 1825 Old Mill Road.

One Trailer is located behind the Wall BOE operations building located by Mr. Smyth's Office.

The time frame for all documents is January 1, 2022 - February 28, 2023, at 2:20 PM.

Here is what Mr. Nasr put in the F&F minutes of 1/10/2023
"there was also a hot water pipe rupture in the transportation office on the second floor resulting in damage to a storage room and floors. The staff is being relocated temporarily while remediation and repairs take place".

STRANGE MR. NASR WHO WORKS FOR A SCHOOL DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DATE OF THE PIPE RUPTURE IN THE TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN HIS RECORDED MINUTES.

We also have no idea what was in the storage room and if anything was damaged. The contract with Old Mill Partners shows that "EMPLOYEE TIME RECORDS" were kept there".

Given the current lawsuit regarding the last 2 trailers purchased, and Mr. Smyth refusing to answer if he was even interviewed for any of the 3 prior Investigations on the trailers purchased from MOBILEASE MODULAR and Christine Steitz the full BOE not requiring him to answer this simple question and the Wall BOE demolishing the trailers during an OPEN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION we need to see if Dr. Handerhan, Mr. Smyth and the Wall BOE are following the law and best practices with these 2 trailers appearing onsite from an unknown vendor.

Can you forward what you are replying to? Is this from my OPRA on OPRA Machine or an e:mail I sent you? Kindly send back my questions or OPRA before noon today given the BOE meeting tonight.

Wall doesn't own the property or the building that you are renting from. Whose Insurance claim are you referring to?

A board member (Chris San Filippo) sells insurance for Farmers - did he review all of this for you?
