This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-All available records to date referencing and pertaining to bacteria levels and/or any other pollution testing for the bathing area known as River Beach during the 2018 season.
-Borough policy relating to the notification of residents/badge holders regarding the closure of River Beach due to bacteria levels/pollution.
-Borough policy regarding the refund of seasonal beach badge fees for River Beach should the beach be closed and unusable due to bacteria levels/pollution.
-Revenue records for fees collected from the sale of beach badges, both daily and seasonal for the River Beach.
-Expenditure records for the maintenance of River Beach.
-Expenditure records in relation to all personnel employed to maintain/lifeguard River Beach.
