Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting
electronic copies of the following government records.
Regarding the properties located at 127 Jane Street (Block 24, Lot 12) and 129 Jane Street
(Block 24, Lot 11), as well as the immediately adjacent dead-end terminus of Jane Street,
please provide:

1. A copy of the official municipal tax map showing Block 24, Lots 11 and 12, and the
adjacent dead-end terminus of Jane Street.
2. A copy of the municipal zoning map showing the same aforementioned area.
3. Any recorded Right-of-Way dedication documents, municipal street ordinances, or property surveys on file pertaining to the dead-end terminus of Jane Street, which delineate the boundary between the municipal right-of-way and the adjacent private lots (Lots 11 and 12).
4. Any approved building or zoning permits on file for the installation of a fence or gate
across the dead-end terminus of Jane Street adjacent to Block 24, Lots 11 and 12.
