Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f), which provides that an email from a requestor containing all information required on the adopted form shall suffice as a valid government records request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

**Records requested:**

For **RHS Stadium Field and Stevens Field**, please provide the following records for the period **January 1, 2025 through present day**, unless otherwise specified:

1. **GMAX Testing**

All GMAX testing reports, test results, certificates, raw test data, testing-location maps or grids, findings, and recommendations for either field.

This specifically includes the testing performed in or around **April 2026 and all subsequent GMAX testing through August 28, 2026**.

2. **Vendor Records**

All reports, assessments, recommendations, proposals, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts from vendors or consultants for either field relating to:

GMAX testing; field hardness or shock absorption; infill; cleaning; grooming; decompaction; silt or sediment; drainage; turf repair; or turf remediation.

3. **Maintenance Records**

All maintenance logs, work orders, service records, inspection records, and maintenance reports for either field documenting:

grooming; brushing; decompaction; infill addition or replacement; cleaning; silt/sediment removal; drainage work; turf repairs; or field inspections.

4. **Communications Regarding GMAX Failures and Field Conditions**

For the period **April 1, 2026 through August 28, 2026**, please provide emails and their attachments sent or received by:

- Superintendent Mark Schwarz
- Business Administrator Richard Matthews
- Athletic Director Keith Cook
- the District employee(s) responsible for facilities/grounds
- Social Media Christine Corliss

that contain **“GMAX,” “G-Max,” “silt,” “sediment,” “decompaction,” “infill,” “Stadium Field,” or “Stevens Field”** and concern the condition, testing, closure, repair, remediation, rehabilitation, or replacement of Stadium Field or Stevens Field.

Please include responsive communications with outside testing companies, turf contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, and other vendors.

5. **Repair/Replacement Costs**

All estimates, proposals, quotes, engineering or architectural assessments, and capital-project documents stating or estimating the cost to repair, remediate, rehabilitate, or replace the artificial-turf system at Stadium Field or Stevens Field.

6. **Turf System / Warranty Records**

Please provide the contracts, purchase orders, warranties, product specifications, project closeout records, or other records identifying the **manufacturer, installer, installation date, expected useful life, and warranty** of the current artificial-turf systems at Stadium Field and Stevens Field.

Please also provide any warranty claim, notice of potential warranty claim, or correspondence with the manufacturer or installer regarding warranty coverage for either field.

**For this item only, please provide records covering the installation of the current turf systems through present day**

7. **Capital Plan / Potential Referendum**

For the period **January 1, 2026 through August 28, 2026**, please provide any capital-project list, facilities-project list, cost estimate, project-prioritization document, presentation, spreadsheet, memorandum, architect/engineer recommendation, or other planning document that identifies **Stadium Field or Stevens Field** as a project being considered for the District's capital plan or a potential **2027 bond referendum**.
