pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) and common law. Please

Copies of all RFPs for construction and professional services that you
advertised in October-December 2019.

  There are no responsive records on file regarding construction or
professional services for the foregoing dates; however, there was one RFP
advertised during that period pertaining to public works which could fit
under your interpretation of construction.
