I am also looking for the request that were sent out to the "all trash companies in the area" seeking proposals. Whether they were emailed or sent by letter, please send me all attempts by any and all Township employees or officials to seek proposals for the trash contract and all communications to and from any Township employee or official regarding the seeking and awarding of the 2021 trash contract to Republic from 3-1-21 though 10-31-21.

Can you please clarify your request. Is this request specific to the Solid Waste Collection bid? Can you please provide a specific date range for the emails.

Yes, the solid waste management bid requests for proposals that were allegedly sent to all companies in the area, as was said in the Mayor's 9-29 message on the Town website.. The dates are specified in my last request for the emails.

I am requesting all emails regarding the solid waste collection bids and the seeking of proposals. Are these all of the responsive records? I do not see anywhere that the Township reached out to the solid waste companies as the Mayor claimed. Please send all emails regarding the solid waste bidding process for the 7-1-21 RFP that was issued. Also, please send the public notification in the local newspaper.
