Dianne,
I spoke with Paul from First Aid. He stated that they could get the EMT'S into place for Feb. 1st which would mean we could eliminate RWJ and move forward with the original budget put forth by First Aid. Obviously we need to approve and confirm cost. This would allow us to approve funding through the first quarter while working with RFP'S.
Please let me know what your thoughts are so that we can plan accordingly come re-org.
Regards,
Thomas

Subject: RE: 2020 proposed First Aid budget
Good afternoon Wil,
My first question relates to the prorated amount for 9 months. Is the math not as simple as taking the 12 month total, dividing it by 12 months and multiplying by 12? If not, please describe the considerations applied in reaching the total 9 month amount of $282,224. My second question relates to the percentage breakout between UFT and Allentown. The call ratio indicated a breakout of 73% for UFT and 27% for Allentown but the dollar breakout comes to 74% for UFT vs. 26% for Allentown. Please advise. Thank you,
