Good afternoon Dr. Anderson,
Please see attached which I happened to have on hand regarding the Solid
Waste Bid Analysis for 2020 which includes bid amounts. I have asked that
the Administrator pull just the proposal reflecting the costs from each of
the 3 bids from his files and send to my attention which I will then
forward. There were multiple attachments because the full proposals were
sent so our apologies for clogging your computer. Had we known you only
wanted the dollars and cents it would have been much easier - so thank you
for clarifying.
Please let me know if you would also like a copy of the awarding contract
which would state the days for pick-up.

I received 10 emails with 61 attachments, many of which were designed to
clog my computer, full of useless information. In the Gaeta proposal,
there were 4 attachments of vehicle registrations. I the Suburban
proposal, there are 4 attachments of past reports. However, only the JSI
proposal has a clear price of 1, 260,000 dollars(attachment JSI 7) for the
bid. What happened with the rate of the other two companies? I need those
pages, not attachments to stuff the emails.

In addition, this was a lazy way to reply an OPRA: just send all papers
without regard of the useful information, like the actual dollars and
cents proposals back to back. I still find this OPRA incomplete, because I
need the dollar and cents page and days of collections for Suburban and
Gaeta.

Finally, I thank you for addressing me as Dr. Anderson, because that is my
title and name. Mr. Chowdhury carefully avoids calling me by my title,
which I find extremely unprofessional.

Please comply by sending the actual proposal with days of collection and
amount  proposed by Gaeta and Suburban. Thanks in advance
