I was made aware not too long ago that there was an alleged incident at Orange Avenue School located in Cranford NJ that I was not aware notified of. There was an incident that may have involved an assault on my son on 10.26.2021 on the school premises. I want the video as it should be a part of my son's school record. The school stated that they do not have the video when I requested it via an OPRA DOE request. When I inquired as to whether a third-party vendor had it, they would not respond. The school alleged that I reported this incident which is untrue, and I do have evidence that states in a report that there was administrative staff at the school who viewed this video and showed it without my consent to the student who attacked my son. I would like your assistance in retrieving this video as there have been many incidents that occurred in 2021-2022 at Orange Avenue School that have affected my son terribly. My son also reported an incident that occurred on 12/16/2021, where I have recording of the former Principal and Vice Principal stating that they had a video with my son on it. On 12/16/2021, I did go up to school after my son to report that incident as my son was very upset. Yet, they will not release this video to me either. So, now there have been notably two assaults that they are hiding with regards to my son, and I do believe that this are being abused and bullied and the administration is going to great lengths to conceal this.

Can you please advise me on how I may obtain these videos as they have been repeatedly denied to me and this is not something to be ignored especially when it is concerning children.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
