Return Receipts for NJDEP Grange/Hance Submission

Records requested:
Copies of all Return Receipts for notices listed on the NJDEP application for the Grange/Hance Pocket Parks (Coastal General Permit no. 13 for the improvements of Grange Avenue and Hance Road Pocket Parks off the Navesink River. MC Project No. 17004982B.
The list of mailings is included in the DEP application pages 11-14. There are 38 in total, some numbers are illegible.

last page of the Grange file was cut-off – that is the same as the last
page of Hance (Freehold Soil). Please confirm receipt and advise if this
request can be closed.
