Retroactive Longevity Payments
Dear Atlantic City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Any and all retroactive longevity payments made to members of the Atlantic City Police Department in 2021, and or 2022 from a longevity increase that was denied in 2016.
2. Retroactive longevity payments made to former police employees Bridget Pierce, Doug Pierce, Jimmy Rodriguez, Clint Seltzer, Jerry Barnhart, Stacy Herrerias, Joe Donatucci, Rebecca Leon, Mary Grace Cooke.
3. Any and all e-mail communications between Atlantic City and the NJ Pension Board regarding longevity adjustments for the above-named employees.
4. Any and all e-mail communications between Atlantic City and the above-named employees regarding longevity payments which were denied in October of 2016.

OPRA Request – City of Atlantic City
1. Any and all retroactive longevity payments made to members of the

Please be advised, the response to both item 1 and item 2 of the request
is contained in a single response, which is attached.
Please be further advised, items 3 and 4 of your OPRA request are
overbroad as written.
As such, items 3 and 4 of your OPRA request are denied.
Please resubmit items 3 and 4 of your request setting forth the sender
and/or recipient, time frame, and subject.
