Thanks for your response. I will note that, while "Unlisted" telephone numbers are exempt from disclosure under OPRA, I believe that Mr. Dobkowski's home phone number is indeed "listed," according to Verizon. I'm not trying to nitpick, but I am trying to prevent normalizing the view that it is OK to redact portions of records provided in response to OPRA and/or common law requests without any explanation.

I respectfully encourage you to *always explain the reason for redactions* in your future responses to any request, both in the interests of transparency and so that, if necessary, further dialogue can take place and issues can be resolved without the need for litigation. I am aware that the city government has recently been confronted with multiple OPRA lawsuits (from other parties with far less patience than yours truly). I am hopeful that taking a more comprehensive approach to your responses will result in issues being resolved amicably, without the need for costly litigation.
