Dear Gianni Brooks,
Could you please clarify your response. You stated that a search was conducted that did not produce any results. Did you search for emails to Deborah Preston ([email address]) from the 24 officers elevated to acting sergeant? I am sure they exist. It’s not possible for them not to. Unless they were deleted, however they would still likely exist on the server. Could you please check for these emails that do, in fact, exist, in the time frame I asked; maybe now having the receivers email address will assist. If you are having trouble finding them, and need more information, please let me know, however to say they do not exist is neither factual Nirenberg acceptable. Thank you.
