Thank you for your response. However, I am not interested in Ms. DeBari's pension information or personal information, such as his address. What I am interested in is his work history. I have received several resumes from other agencies without hesitation. You are aware that you can redact information that is not meant to be seen. Please provide the remaining portions of his resume that are public information regarding a public employee.

I will refer you to the following:
OPRA requires disclosure of the resumes of government employees and appointees, so that the public can see the qualifications of those serving in government. But as noted in this recent GRC opinion, Rodriguez v. Kean University, before releasing a resume, a records custodian may need to redact some portions of it.

I hope that clarifies for you that his resume, like every public employees resume, is a matter of public record and therefore not exempt from OPRA. Again, thank you for your time and cooperation.

Dear OCPO_OPRA/Ms. Khajezadeh,

Thank you for your response and the portion of the resume that you provided. However, what about his clerkship with the judiciary? Surely that is required for the position of assistant prosecutor. That is also supposed to be disclosed and isn't redactable. Again, I am not seeking out his personal information or his pension information. I am not sure why you are redacting so much of his resume. As always I appreciate your time and look forward to seeing what your office will allow to be released regarding Mr. DeBari's resume next. Thank you.
