Order No. 26, GRC Complaint 2010-147 Louis Paul Toscano v NJ Department of
Human Services, GRC Complaint 2017-24 Christina Moreira v. Elizabeth Board
of Education (Union) and GRC Complaint 2011-361 Michael Deutsch v. NJ
Civil Service Commission, employment applications are exempt from public
access.
The remainder of the request will be responded to by October 14.

unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
