Dear Records Custodian:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to and copies of the following public records relating to the Police Chief Promotional Examinations.

Over the past 5 years, I want to know the total number of Police Chief Promotional Examinations CSC administered. Additionally, I want to know the total number of times in which the exam results of the Police Chief Promotional Exam were published PRIOR to applicants having the ability to review the test questions and answers.

I request that these records be provided in electronic format (PDF or other standard electronic format) where available. If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and a redacted version of the record to the extent it can be lawfully disclosed.

Pursuant to OPRA’s statutory deadlines, I expect to receive a response within seven business days of your receipt of this request.
