We would like to see the redacted results of a survey conducted by the After School Program called: “Pre-K ASP Screen Time Survey” which was conducted via Google Forms Survey.

The comments and response provided may include information about specific children and issues and should be appropriately redacted to remove respondent name/email and any names of children in the comments, as well as any details specific enough to identify a specific child.

The document request may be in the form of a PDF export of the spreadsheet results format from Google Docs as long as this does not truncate the detailed response. It should include the timestamp for reach response to ensure that any responses are timely to the date of the request.
