This response is only partially responsive. The Contract amounts are identified in the resolutions, but the proposal specifics are not identified, nor are the employees, and their qualifications, listed. Identify what is being done, and by whom, for the $82,138.00 in Resolution 003.

In resolution 004, Please submit the detailed proposal document, as a PDF as requested, that lists the line items included in the architectural services. Also, as requested, please list the professional employees that are to be working on this contract.
