Dear New Brunswick City,
Under the OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of Resolution R-120710 and all subsequent resolutions of the City Council appointing or reappointing Anthony Caputo to the offices of Police Director or Parking Authority Commissioner, as well as copies of each of his certificates of appointment or reappointment filed pursuant to NJSA 40:11A-5.

Dear New Brunswick City,
Thank you, I received the records from Shalon Bennett. I was a little surprised there were no "certificates" on file with the Clerk's Office related to the NBPA Board position. Are there any other records of the Mayor appointing Anthony Caputo to the NBPA Board? While the resolutions say Mayor Cahill appointed him, Cahill's signature is not on those documents. Are there perhaps letters or memorandums commemorating the 2010 appointment, and/or the 2013/2018 re-appointments? Pursuant to OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide those additional records if you have them. Thank you kindly.
