I am in receipt of your OPRA request. I am more than happy to assist you
, but you did not request a specific government record; you asked a
question.
• Records requested: Who is on the Borough of Wildwood Crest health
insurance from the Wildwood Crest Vol Co, and also the ages of the
members that are on the Borough Health insurance.
According to the NJ GRC, “A custodian is obligated to search her files to
find the identifiable government records listed in the Complainant’s OPRA
request. A custodian is not required to research her files to figure out
which records, if any, might be responsive to a broad and unclear OPRA
request.”
With that being said, “Health insurance is not provided to employees of
the WC Fire company.”

There is no specific document that lists whether an employee is a
resident.
With that being said, The Wildwood Crest Volunteer Fire company is a
separate and distinct entity; Therefore, no record exists.
With regard to OEM, please see the attached. Please note that redactions
are pursuant to NJSA 47: 1A-1 (19) personal identifying information.
