Dear Brick Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Total number of homes necessitating elevation per Brick Township and a list of all addresses / block and lot numbers as a result of being deemed substantially damaged or substantially approved.

Procedure being followed by Brick Township for non-compliance of elevation.

Schedule of Penalties for non-compliant home owners that cannot financially come into compliance.
