However, I've found another OPRA request via OPRA Machine that showed the Second Reformed Church having a tax delinquency. (https://opramachine.com/request/30766/re...)

I do not understand how the Second Reformed Church can be tax-exempt and have had a tax delinquency at the same time. Can you please provide some clarification on this?

Also, now that it is shown that the church does have a payment to the city on file, can you provide any and all documents that show any and all payments the church has made to New Brunswick city (whether characterized as a tax delinquency or a payment on a balance) starting from May 1, 2002?

In addition to these documents, can you provide the reason behind these payments (for what did the Second Reformed Church pay the city?)?

You can search for the organization by its former (and more commonly used name), the Second Reformed Church, or by its new name the College Avenue Community Church? You can also search for "Second Reform Church."
