Resolutions appointing Cranston as the Warden

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,

Thank you for the response. Resolution 14-738-R states that "residency shall be waived for an eighteen (18) month period." Warden Cranston continued to live out of county in violation of the residency requirement until it was eliminated by the Freeholder Board.

Can you please provide the resolution that eliminated the residency requirement, if such a resolution exists?

Thank you kindly.

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,

In response to your follow-up, no such document exists.

Sincerely,
Amy R. Petrocelli
Clerk of the Board

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,

On July 19, 2018, I asked the Freeholder Board about this exact issue and Mr. Pulomena responded that the Freeholders had "determined that being a resident of the county was no longer required," and indicated the Board had adopted a resolution to modify the county's administrative code to remove the residency requirement "at the last meeting."

Please confirm whether the Board of Chosen Freeholders actually adopted such a resolution in summer 2018. If so, please provide the resolution as requested. If not, please have Mr. Pulomena correct the record. Thank you kindly.

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil

Dear Ms. Petrocelli,

I will repeat my message sent on September 29, as I am still awaiting a response to this:
